Javier leads field execution with practical experience and jobsite awareness. As Superintendent, he plays a key role in translating plans into structure, coordinating field conditions, and ensuring the framing scope is executed cleanly and efficiently.

Danielle manages project coordination, documentation, and the day-to-day communication between office operations and field execution. She also oversees operational standards and HR responsibilities — ensuring the team runs smoothly, people are supported, and the business behind the build is as well-organized as the work itself.

Garrett supports plan review, digital coordination, field technology, and project documentation — connecting traditional framing knowledge with modern construction tools to support accuracy and visibility across complex residential projects.
